The man, Paul Crooke, acted as the third party for married couples.
The couple wanted to fulfil their fantasies of having a threesome.
Now, he leads his life as a happy family man with Karolyn and their 21-month-old daughter.
Before his appearance on the show, Crooke had slept with more than 150 women.
He has revealed that he decided to apply to the show when he got bored of his lifestyle.
